Poster Presentation
Due to a large number of posters presentations, APRIM 2014 have allocated time for “Poster Presentation”, so all poster authors are kindly given a chance to advertise their works in a short oral presentation (a few minutes with 1~2 slides.) in a conveyor-belt style.

If you wish to present your poster in the "Poster Presentation", please prepare the slides in advance and submit it via on-line program (www.geni-pco.com/aprim2014). Please be informed that you should login with your ID and PW when you have submitted your paper. The slide (1~2 pages) for poster previews should be submitted by August 15, 2014. Late submission cannot be included in the poster presentation session.
Oral Presentation
  • The authors of papers accepted for oral presentation are asked to bring PowerPoint (or PDF) slides and present their research in a podium presentation.
  • We will prepare a computer for presentation, and authors are encouraged to use the conference computer for presentation, to avoid wasting time switching between personal laptops.
  • To avoid software compatibility problems (MS PowerPoint), speakers are advised to save their PowerPoint presentation on a USB memory stick AND bring a backup version of their presentation.
  • Files should be uploaded to the local PCs in the session room during the breaks between the sessions.
  • Speakers should arrive in the session room 15 minutes BEFORE the start of their sessions to report to the session chair.
  • A proctor will also be available in case you need technical assistance.
